Bakery Team Member


Reporting to: Owner

Responsible for: 

Preparing dough following the company recipe

Preparing glazes and fillings following the company recipes

Rolling & cutting the donuts for the day's requirements

Potential growth into stock management

Job & Performance Responsibilities Include:

Ability to work well in a busy environment
Must be clean, organised and detailed orientated
Ensures the accuracy, quality and consistency of the products made
Must be able to read and follow recipes in order to measure and mix ingredients accurately
Must have good communication skills - both verbal and written
Ensure operations are in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
Strong attention to detail and great time management skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Perform other duties and assignments as directed by Management

Job Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older and able to work in the UK

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds of weight

Shifts are Tuesday - Saturday 11pm to 6 am
